Amanda Lynn Tapp Lowe

Amanda Lynn Tapp Lowe, 32, of Mt. Sterling, died Thursday evening, October 11, 2012 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born January 19, 1980 to Charles Michael Tapp and Yvonne Curran Butler.

Amanda, a Bath County native, moved to Mt. Sterling twelve years ago. She was a 1998 graduate of Bath County High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University. Amanda was the promoter and organizer of the band Unreserved. She dearly loved her nieces, Sophia and Amber, and her dog, Maddie Lynn. Amanda will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include; her mother, Yvonne Curran Butler (Ricky) of Owingsville; her father, Charles Michael Tapp of Sharpsburg; her brother, Michael Joseph Tapp (Annis) of Mt. Sterling; two nieces, Amber Gail Tapp of Sharpsburg, and Sophia Lou Tapp of Mt. Sterling; and her dog Maddie Lynn.

Funeral will be Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 2:00PM at Gateway Christian Church. Visitation will be Monday, October 15, 2012 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Gateway Christian Church. Pastor Glenn Emery will be officiating.

Pallbearers: Kevin Allen, Gary Hatton, James Waugh, and Billy Martin.
