Anna Easter Centers Helton, 74, of Mt. Sterling, died Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Frenchburg on October 28, 1945 to the late Russell and Florence Peck Centers.
Anna was a homemaker and a member of Full Gospel Word of God in Jeffersonville. She loved doing arts and crafts, drawing, her dogs and playing "Match Cards" with her grandchildren whom she adored. She enjoyed making others laugh and loved her family spending time with them. Her friends and family will miss her dearly.
She is survived by two sons, Jeff Helton and Michael Helton both Mt. Sterling; three daughters, Rebecca Henderson, Debbie Wesley (Mike) and Kelli Helton all of Frenchburg; three grandchildren, Tiffany Patrick of Corbin, Daniel Henderson of Frenchburg and Febe Wesley of Frenchburg; one great-grandchild, Pepper Haney of Frenchburg; three brothers, Donald Ray Centers (Maria) of Bell County, Bobby Centers (Phyllis) of Georgetown and Philip Centers (Mary) of Texas and three sisters, Mary Alice Morgan (Robert) of Ohio, Marie Harper (Philip) of West Liberty and Donella Layne of New Allen.
In addition to her parents Anna was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-three years, Wendell Helton; one brother, Johnny Centers and one grandchild, Cody Henderson.
There will be a private graveside service at Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery. Pastor Philip Centers will officiate.
