Baby Palmer Knox Spence

Palmer Knox Spence was born April 29th, 2022 at 3:43AM at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.  He is the cherished son of Shannon and McKenna Spence.

Palmer passed away in his Mommy and Daddy's arms just shortly after his arrival to this world.  He is deeply loved by his parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and so many dear friends.  He was here for just minutes but his impact will be felt for a lifetime.

Shannon and McKenna would like to personally thank their doctor, Corey Forester, and nurses, Emmalee and Ariel for their love, compassion and support during such a difficult time.   We are forever grateful.

A private graveside service and burial will be held at Machpelah Cemetery.
