Beneda Mae (Caskey) Ross

Beneda Mae Caskey Ross, 78, of Mt. Sterling, died Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Clark Regional Medical Center. She was born April 23, 1938 in Morgan County to the late William and Zora Caskey.
Beneda moved to Montgomery County in 1948 from Morgan County. She was a member of Bless the Lord Church and enjoyed cats, going to church, reading and studying the scripture of the Bible. She will be dearly missed by her family, church family and friends.
Survivors include; one son, Wayne Ross (Jeanette) of Mt. Sterling; three daughters, Janetta Norton of Cincinnati, Patricia Layton of Winchester and Caroletta Benton of Mt. Sterling; ten grandchildren, Paul Manley of Cincinnati, Timothy Layton of Winchester, Angie Osborne and Gwen Parker, both of Richmond, Derrick Benton, Jason Benton and Craig Benton, all of Mt. Sterling, Freddie Hill of Cincinnati, David Hill of Independence and Josh Ross of Mt. Sterling; ten great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of twenty-eighty years, Charles Ross; one brother, Delbert Caskey; four sisters, Geneva Sorrell, Nola Brown, Emily Perry and Nannie Caskey.
Funeral will be Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 6:00PM. Visitation will be prior from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at the Bless the Lord Church, 236 Bridgett Drive, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky 40353. Pastor Mike Ferree will be officiating.
