Dorothy Jean Johnson Greenwade, 84, of Mt. Sterling, died Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Clark Regional Medical Center. She was born November 10, 1930 to the late Edward and Catherine Ratliff Johnson.
Dorothy, a Montgomery County native, was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Antioch Christian Church. She was a former volunteer for the Montgomery County School system and a bookkeeper for Queen Chevrolet and Walker Construction. She enjoyed reading, traveling and horseback riding.
Survivors include; her daughter, Amy Greenwade Tuttle (Jim) of Mt. Sterling; two grandchildren, Jacob Tuttle of Owingsville and Chloe Tuttle of Mt. Sterling; two brothers, John Johnson (Lee) of Lawrenceburg and Jimmy Johnson (Toni) of California; two sisters, Mary Bishop (Les) of Salvisa and Linda Norris (Jack) of Indiana; her extended family at Stanton Nursing Home.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, John Greenwade, Jr.
