Ellis Ray Kendrick

Ellis Ray Kendrick, 59, of Jeffersonville, died Sunday, September 30, 2018 at his residence.  He was born in Mt. Sterling on September 16, 1959 to Ellis Kendrick and the late Lucille Martin Kendrick.

Ellis was a native of Montgomery County who enjoyed; animals, fishing, spending time outdoors and was an avid collector of guns and knives.  Ellis will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include; his father Ellis Kendrick of Jeffersonville, brother, Ricky Kendrick (Lisa) of Jeffersonville, sister Beverly Simpson (Ewell) of Mt. Sterling, nieces Amber Henderson (Mike) of Jeffersonville and Alana Carlock of Mt. Sterling, nephews Chris Kendrick of London, Logan Kendrick of Jeffersonville, Joe Simpson and Jason Conway both of California, great nieces and nephews Gabby Kendrick, Carson Kendrick, Austin Henderson and Kaitlyn Henderson all of Jeffersonville, Megan Anderson and Shawn Anderson both of Mt. Sterling.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 1:00PM.  Visitation 11:00AM-1:00PM, both held at Queen Street Christian Fellowship in Mt. Sterling.  Committal to follow at Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery in Jeffersonville.  Reverend Lee Gadd will be officiating.

Pallbearers: Logan Kendrick, Ewell Wells, Mike Henderson, Austin Henderson, Brian Kendrick and Alton Kendrick.
