Glenn ("Bud") Lee May, Jr., 79, of Jeffersonville, Kentucky, passed away Monday afternoon, August 2, 2021 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling. He was born in Van Lear, Kentucky on June 26, 1942 to the late Glenn, Sr. and Hazel Bowling May.
Glenn moved to Kentucky from Ohio fourteen years ago and was a member Camargo Church of God. He was a machinist and worked for Midwest Screw Products in East Lake, Ohio for many years. He was a Van Lear high school basketball player, where he acquired the nickname "Tadpole". He enjoyed woodworking, serving as superintendent of Sunday School and traveling the country with his wife. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife; Martha Moon May of Jeffersonville; two sons; Charles Lee of Spokane, Washington and Tim Brown (Tracey) of Sandy Hook; two daughters; Paula Lagerquest (Steve) of Spokane, Washington and Debbie Clark (Rick) of Madison, Ohio; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; nephew; James May (Sherry) of Owingsville.
In addition to his parents Glenn was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters.
