Jackie "Jack" Lee Esteppe, 64, of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at his residence. He was born June 12, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Irene Hollon and Johnny Esteppe.
Jack moved to Montgomery County twenty-five years ago from Florida, he worked heavy equipment construction and was a United States Marine Corps veteran. He enjoyed flower & vegetable gardening, riding motorcycles, listening to the Allman Brothers, fishing, cooking and most of all spending time with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include; his beloved wife of twenty-five years, Joyce Parker Esteppe of Mt. Sterling; one son, A.J. Crum of Mt. Sterling; one daughter, Chasity Dennis of Mt. Sterling; three grandchildren. Haley Abernathy (Zach) of Frenchburg, Jeffery "Pee Wee" Willoughby of Jeffersonville and Gabriel Crum of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Phyllis Gayhart of Jeffersonville; one aunt, Della Mae Esteppe of Jeffersonville; his dog, Baby and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral will be Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 7:00PM. Visitation will be prior to the funeral from 5:00PM to 7:00PM, services will be at the Christian Assembly of God. Pastor Scott Barnes will be officiating.
