James Owens Ingram, 65, of Mt. Sterling, died Monday evening, December 31, 2012 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital. He was born on March 24, 1947 in Bath County to the late Virgil and Edna Carmichael Ingram.
James was a life-long resident of Montgomery County, he attended the First Church of God in Preston, and he was a Dye Setter at A.O. Smith for 23 years. James had a passion for westerns, and he adored his dog, Rusty.
Survivors include; his wife of 46 years, Ruby Treadway Ingram of Mt. Sterling; one son, Doug Treadway (Jennie) of Princeton; one grandson, Matthew Treadway; half-sister Athonia Curtsinger of Bardstown; two aunts, Mable Pelfrey and Hazel Copher both of Preston; two sisters-in-law, Wanda Davis of Cincinnati and Jody Treadway of Mt. Sterling; several nephews and nieces.
