James "Jim" Wesley Duff, Jr. of Mt. Sterling, passed away at the age of 75. Born in Mt. Sterling on September 19, 1949, to the late James Sr. and Doris Adams Duff. Jim was a proud American citizen and a member of the Howard Mill Baptist Church.
With a fervent love for baseball, Jim spent many joyous hours coaching and playing the sport in his youth. His loyalty was steadfast to his beloved Cincinnati Reds, and he found great pleasure in shooting pool in his leisure time.
Jim is survived by his children, Brady Duff and Heather Duff Turner; grandchildren, Benjamin Duff (Dedra), Georgia Duff, and Clay Turner; six beloved great granddaughters; siblings, Geneva Lewis, and Rusty Duff (Ann); stepchildren, Shelly Manns and Michael Manns.
In addition to Jim's parents, he is preceded in death by his nephew, Joel Duff.
James "Jim" Wesley Duff, Jr. will be dearly missed by all who knew him. May he find eternal peace and rest as he watches over his loved ones from above.
