Jerry Wayne Taylor

Jerry Wayne Taylor, 69, of Jeffersonville, died Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Fountain Circle Care and Rehabilitation in Winchester.  He was born in Cynthiana on August 13, 1951 to Alton Benton Taylor and Anna Ruth Leggett Taylor.

Jerry moved to Jeffersonville from Cynthiana in the early 1970's.  He retired from the postal service working as a mail carrier and clerk. Jerry was also a gun shop owner.  He was of the Christian faith.  He enjoyed; cars, the outdoors, covered bridges, wildlife and his grandchildren.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Jerry is survived by three sons; Jason W. Taylor of Frenchburg, Randy Taylor (Heather) of Mt. Sterling and Travis Taylor (Lynda) of Mt. Sterling; ten grandchildren; Jeremiah Taylor, Joshua Taylor, Justin Taylor, Jacob Taylor, Rebekah Taylor, Madelyn Taylor, Jonathan Taylor, Amelia Taylor, Hopey Taylor and Jason Taylor; one brother; Larry Taylor.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.
