John Clay Havens

John Clay Havens, 56, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday morning, October 26, 2021 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling.  He was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on June 9, 1965 to the late John and Faye Martin Havens.

John was a Montgomery County native, of the Christian faith and a cab driver employed by City Cab.  He enjoyed; fishing, coon hunting with his brother, shooting guns, working on vehicles, RC cars, playing pool and cookouts.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

John is survived by his loving wife; Judy Havens of Mt. Sterling; one son; William Havens of Mt. Sterling; one daughter; Teresa Havens of Winchester; one brother; Marty Havens (Debbie) of Mt. Sterling; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents John was preceded in death by his brother; David Havens; sister; Teresa Havens.

Memorial service will be held from 5:00 - 7:00PM on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Abundant Life Gospel Church, 1200 Hinkston Pike Mt. Sterling, Kentucky 40353.  Pastor Ricky Meadows will be officiating.
