Judy Louise O'Hair, 28, of Mt. Sterling, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born May 7, 1984 in Mt. Sterling to Barbara Parker Hopewell and the late Robert Willoughby.
Survivors include; her three year old daughter, Kayla Dawn Stell of Mt. Sterling; her mother, Barbara Parker Hopewell of Mt. Sterling; one brother, Robert Alan O'Hair of Mt. Sterling; three sisters, Edith Prater of Frenchburg, Gloria Ann Means of Mt. Sterling, and Stephanie Willoughby of Mt. Sterling; several aunts and uncles; her boyfriend of nine years, Robert Stell of Mt. Sterling; and two special friends, Tiffany Taulbee of Mt. Sterling and Jen Willoughby of Ohio.
