Larry Allen Esteppe, 63, of Jeffersonville, died Friday morning at his residence. He was born April 13, 1949 in Mt. Sterling to the late Allen and Margaret Esteppe.
Larry was a Montgomery County native, a member of the Jeffersonville Baptist Church, he retired as a manager after 26 years from the Mt. Sterling Water and Sewer Company. Larry loved to fish and he also had a giver's spirit. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and neighbors.
Survivors include; his wife of thirty years, Sue Esteppe of Jeffersonville; three sons, Bob Esteppe (Chi) of Adairsville, Georgia, Kevin Esteppe of Jeffersonville and Scott Tufano (Teresa) of Jeffersonville; four grandchildren, Kennedy Tufano, Kanada Esteppe, Kaden Esteppe, all of Jeffersonville and Chad Petty of Sadieville; one brother, Gary Esteppe (Pam) of Mt. Sterling; two nieces, Brandi Esteppe and Lissa Orme (Perry) both of Mt. Sterling; four nephews, Anthony Hunt (Lindsey) of Mt. Sterling, Shane Esteppe (Samantha) of Owingsville, Gary Esteppe and David Esteppe both of Jeffersonville.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be made to the Mary Melissa Cancer Foundation, c/o Vickie Richardson, 114 East High Street, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353 and the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge-Lexington, 1500 College Way, Lexington, KY 40502.
Funeral service will be Sunday, May 13, 2012 at 4:00PM. Visitation will also be on Sunday from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at the Jeffersonville Baptist Church. Pastor Martin McIntosh and Pastor Paul Hubbs will be officiating.
