Lemoise "Lottie" (Bartlett) Bonfield

Lemoise "Lottie" Bartlett Bonfield, 93, of Mt. Sterling, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, July 19, 2022, at Boonesboro Trail Senior Living in Winchester.  She was born on March 27, 1929 in Clark County, Kentucky to the late Earl and Amanda Dunaway Bartlett.

Lottie was a resident of Montgomery County since 1952 and a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church.  She was an avid golfer as well as a member of the Mt. Sterling Golf & Country Club Ladies Golf Association.  Lottie also enjoyed; attending auctions, refinishing furniture, antiquing and playing bridge.  She will be dearly missed by her family, church family and friends.

Lottie is survived by three sons, Dennis Bonfield (Reba) of Mt. Sterling, Michael Bonfield of Winchester and Tom Bonfield of Miami, Florida; four daughters, JoEllen Yarber (David) of Bridgewater, Virginia, Nancy Montgomery (Daryl) of Mt. Sterling, Billie Hickey (Barry) of Lexington and Mary Poole (Mark) of Winchester; ten grandchildren, Patrick Bonfield, Megan Deborde, Adam Bonfield, Elizabeth Hewitt, Joseph Yarber, Alex Stovall, Lauren Hickey, J.T. Hickey, Will Hickey and Liam Bonfield; eleven great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Lottie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe Bonfield; her grandson, John Everett Montgomery; daughter-in-law Deborah Bonfield; two sisters, Pauline White and Alma Johnson.

Memorial service will be Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 11:00AM.  Visitation will be Friday, July 22, 2022 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM, both services will be held at the St. Patrick Catholic Church. Interment following the memorial service at St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery.  Father Frank Brawner will be officiating.
