Leslie Paul "L.P." Blevins II, 39, of Morehead, died Friday, May 8, 2015 in Morehead, Kentucky. He was born May 6, 1976 in Lexington to Leslie Paul "Buck" and Lou Alice Tipton Blevins.
L.P. was a Montgomery County native and resided the past three years in Morehead as a self employed contractor. He graduated from Montgomery County High School in 1995 and proceeded to Georgetown College where he played soccer and later graduated from Spencerian Collage. L.P. had a huge personality, loved to make people laugh and happy. His favorite hobbies were hunting, cooking and most of all, traveling to watch his nieces and nephews play sports. L.P. loved his wife, daughter and family, he was an excellent father and he loved his dog, Stone, that recently passed away. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include; his loving wife of three years, Breanne Harmon Blevins of Morehead; his beloved daughter, Alice Finnley Blevins of Morehead; his loving mother, Lou Blevins of Mt. Sterling; two brothers, Barry Blevins (Teresa) of Paris and Brent Blevins (Stephanie) of Danville; four nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn "Katie" Blevins of Paris, Grant Blevins of Danville, Griffin Blevins of Danville, Jackson Blevins of Paris.
He was preceded in death by his father this past December, Leslie Paul "Buck" Blevins.

A private family graveside service will be Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Machpelah Cemetery with Bro. Dan Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends at Lou's residence on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 2:00PM-5:00PM.
