Marjorie Jane Rose

Marjorie Jane Curtis Rose, 67, of Means, died Sunday morning, June 9, 2013 at UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was born in Montgomery County on June 17, 1945 to the late John and Margaret Lawrence Curtis.
Marjorie moved to Menifee County in 1962 where she and her husband, Donnie, raised two sons, John and Danny. She worked many years as a sewing machine operator for Bluegrass Industry and Cowden Manufacturing.
Survivors include; her two sons, John Rose of Means and Danny Rose of Waynesburg; one sister, Judy Gibson of Ashland; three grandchildren, Donnie Alan Rose, Jennifer Peel, and Tabitha Beasley; several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband of 51 years, Donnie Ray Rose on March 1, 2013.
