Mark Allen Rust

May 18, 1974 — October 6, 2012

Mark Allen Rust, 38, of Mt. Sterling, died Saturday, October 6, 2012 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was born May 18, 1974 and the son of Eunice Sexton and the late Manson Rust.

Mark was a Montgomery County native and graduated from Montgomery County High School in 1995. His previous employment was with Nestle, Grief Brothers and he also enjoyed farming tobacco. Mark's interests and hobbies were; wolves, westerns, flea markets, UK Basketball, wrestling and he loved animals. Mark had a jokester and caring personality, he will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include; his mother, Eunice Sexton of Mt. Sterling; one brother, Christopher Rust of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Jennifer Rust Poore of Mt. Sterling; his step-father, Rodney Sexton of Jeffersonville; one step-brother, Charles Sexton of Mt. Sterling; one step-sister, Terri Sexton of Mt. Sterling; one nephew, Austin Poore of Mt. Sterling and one niece, Dakota Rust of Florida; four special friends, Anthony and Kasey McMillan of Mt. Sterling, Joseph Myers of Sharpsburg and Rodney "Bull Dog" Jones of Owingsville.

Funeral will be Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 6:00PM at Queen Street Christian Fellowship. Visitation will also be Tuesday, October 9, 2012 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at Queen Street Christian Fellowship with Bro. Carlie Bellamy officiating.

Pallbearers: Joseph Myers, George Cundiff, Stephen Donathan, Anthony McMillan, Rodney Sexton and Charles Sexton.

Honorary Pallbearers: Christopher Rust, Austin Poore and Rodney "Bull Dog" Jones.
