Paul Thomas Rucker

Paul Thomas Rucker, 79 of Richmond, died Monday, December 16, 2019 at his residence.  He was born on December 6, 1940  in Lawrenceburg to the late Howard Thomas Rucker and Louise Marie Grider.

Paul was a lifelong resident of Richmond and attended church at Church on the Rock in Berea.  He enjoyed meeting friends for dinner at Cracker Barrel each Sunday, playing golf and spending time with loved ones.  His friends and family will miss him dearly.

He is survived by one son, Chad Rucker (Christy Hooks) of Lexington; one daughter, Sandra Rucker Cook (Mark) of Frankfort; one brother, Larry Gillis (Peggy) of Louisville; one sister, Debra Denison (Rusty) of New Albany, Indiana; two grandchildren; five great grandchildren; special friend, Barbara Kaylor of Richmond and several nieces and nephews.
