Pauline Catherine Manley

December 11, 1921 — December 2, 2014

Pauline Catherine Thompson Manley, 92, of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling. She was born Bath County to the late Clara Thompson.

Pauline was a cook for the Montgomery County High School until her retirement; a member of Spring Street Baptist Church, Levee Homemakers Club, Red Hat Club, and the Women's Missionary Union at Spring Street Baptist Church.

She is survived by her three children, Sammy Manley (Linda) and Barbara Leggett (Bob) both of Mt. Sterling, and Amanda Stigall (Doug) of North Middletown; sister, Irene Gunsallus of Salem, South Carolina; four grandchildren, Robbie Leggett (Lori), Eric Stigall (Jessica) and Sheila Vanderhoof (Kevin) all of Mt. Sterling and Alicia Bachman (Ben) of Florence; two step grandchildren, Angela Abrams of Winchester and Lana Turner (David) of North Middletown; seven great grandchildren; six step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, G. Robert Manley.

Pallbearers: Bob Leggett, Doug Stigall, Robbie Leggett, Eric Stigall, Ben Bachman, and Kevin Vanderhoof.
