Rhonda Lynn (Willoughby) Moreira

Rhonda Lynn Willoughby Moreira, 67, of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Mt. Sterling on April 10, 1953. Rhonda was the daughter of the late Allie "Buss" Willoughby and Ruth Manley Warner.

Rhonda was a Montgomery County native, she was of the Christian faith and retired from JC Penny's.  She enjoyed; yard sales, watching soap operas, cooking and was the glue of the family.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Rhonda was survived by her husband, "Polo" Moreira Olvera of Mt. Sterling; one son, Dallas Rice (Dona Carpenter) of Mt. Sterling; one daughter, Tammy Eagleson (Chris) of Jasper, Georgia; four grandchildren, Meghan Holt (James) of Winchester, Katie Barker (Austin) of Mt. Sterling, Cameron Rice of Mt. Sterling and Douglys Rice of Panama City Beach, Florida; three great grandchildren, Ryan, Gunner and Carter.

In addition to her parents, Rhonda was preceded in death by her son, Travis Rice and two daughters, Christy Rice and Chasity Rice.
