Roscoe Carl "RC" Trent

Roscoe Carl "RC" Trent, 65, of Jeffersonville, died Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at his residence. He was born March 23, 1949 to the late Elmer Johnny and Pearl Huff Trent.

RC was a Montgomery County native and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. He was a former employee of Walker Construction Company, and along with his wife Jean, owned and operated Jean & RC's Wholesale. RC, an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was an excellent cook and loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include; his loving wife of 46 years, Jean Coomer Trent of Jeffersonville; one son, Carl Douglas Trent (Karen) of Mt. Sterling; one daughter, Tamara Trent Lynch of Jeffersonville; two brothers, Raymond Cecil Trent (Anna) of Mt. Sterling and Jimmy Trent of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Joy Trent of Winchester; two granddaughters, Tia Marie Letcher of Jeffersonville and Alexis Trent of Mt. Sterling; one great granddaughter, Rylee Alizabeth Underwood of Jeffersonville; three beloved dogs, Trixie, Scooter and Lilly.

Pallbearers: Chris Coomer, Jimmy Michael Trent, Randy Trent, Zachary Coomer, Matthew Jamison, Hunter Jamison, and Ryan Trent.

Honorary Pallbearers: Tyler Hannan, Casey Hannan and Les Trent.
