Roy "Pud" Cecil Branam, Jr., 60, of Fagan, Kentucky, passed away Friday afternoon, March 5, 2021 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on April 26, 1960 to the late Roy, Sr. and Bernice Wilhoit Branam.
Pud was a life-long resident of Menifee County, an associate for the USDA and a member of Beaver Masonic Lodge 505 in Frenchburg. He enjoyed bird hunting, Nascar, mushroom hunting, farming and the outdoors. Pud will be dearly missed by his family, friends and Masonic brothers.
Pud is survived by his loving wife, Pam Skidmore Branam of Fagan; one son, Barrett Kegley (Ashley) of Fagan; two daughters, Sydney Branam (Jordan Estes) of Preston and Shelby Warren (Steven) of Olympia; two grandchildren, Avery Warren of Olympia and Alba Kegley of Fagan; two sisters, Barbara Smith (Mickey) of Wellington and Bertie Elliott of Camargo; several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and good neighbors.
In addition to his parents, Pud was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Danny Elliott.
Memorial service will be Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 4:00PM. Visitation will be prior from 2:00PM - 4:00PM, services will be held at the Means Baptist Church. Pastor Joey Rogers will be officiating.
