Sally (Puckett) Markland

Sally Puckett Markland, 78, of Mt. Sterling, died Monday, September 5, 2016 at Windsor Care Center. She was born October 16, 1937 in Irvine to the late Lizzie Crouch Harrison and John Puckett.
Sally was a life-long resident of Montgomery County. She enjoyed watching movies, shopping, cooking, taking country drives, fishing and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include; her husband of fifty years, Harold Markland of Mt. Sterling; three daughters, Mariesa Raymer-Watson (Michael) of Lexington, Connie Hatton of Waco and Sheila Puckett (Tim) of Mt. Sterling; one brother, Willard Puckett (Mary Jane) of Irvine; two sisters, Beatrice West of Irvine and Jennie Berry of Annville; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James Puckett and Orville Puckett; four sisters, Laura Johnson, Sue Mays, Ida Bea West and her twin, Polly B. Puckett.
