Stephen Clay Routt

Stephen Clay Routt, 60, of Bethel, died Monday, March 21, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 27, 1955 in Mt. Sterling to Harold Davis Routt and Lida Ray Williams Routt.

Stephen moved back to Bethel fifteen years ago from Troy, Ohio where he resided for forty years. He enjoyed reading history about native American Indians and spending time with his family.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include; his mother, Lida Williams Routt of Bethel; one brother, Harold Ray Routt (Pam) of Mt. Sterling; one nephew, Jeff Routt (Lynn) of Bath County and one niece, Kelly Routt of Bath County and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Davis Routt.
