Wanda Faye Ratliff Brown, 64, of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at UK Medical Center. She was born July 7, 1949 in Bath County to the late Delman and Mary Willoughby Ratliff.
Wanda was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, a graduate of Kentucky Business College and previously employed as a clerk with Kentucky Utilities and a salesperson with Avon. She had a passion for gardening and shopping; but one of her greatest joys was spoiling her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include; her fiancé©, Mike Wages of Mt. Sterling; three daughters, Rhonda Maze (Ricky) of Hillsboro, Tamara Leadingham (Larry) of Flemingsburg and Aimee Willoughby-Reffitt (Bobby) of Mt. Sterling; two sisters, Linda Ratliff of Bath County and Jennifer Reynolds (Glenn) of Jeffersonville; eight grandchildren, Ericka Maze of Hillsboro, Allyson Leadingham of Flemingsburg, Mason Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, Bobby Reffitt II of Mt. Sterling, Amber Leadingham of Florida, Betsy Leadingham-Georges of Norfolk, VA., Summer Reffitt of Hillsboro and Autumn Reffitt of Hillsboro; Mike Wages' children, Darrel Wages, Michael Carroll and Crystal Whitley and their families.
Pallbearers: Bobby Reffitt, Mason Willoughby, Bobby Reffitt II, Tayler Moore, Connie Risner and Jason Hutchison.
Honorary Pallbearers: Ricky Maze, Larry Leadingham, Greg Carpenter, Jarred Wages and Glenn Reynolds.
